Student Assistant for HR Operations

If so, now is your chance to join Ascendis Pharma as our new Student Assistant for HR Operations. 

We are seeking a passionate Student Assistant to join our growing team. Your drive and willingness to learn and develop is more important than your experience as you will have plenty of support and opportunity to grow in this role.  

Preferably, you are in your 3rd semester of your Bachelor’s in a relevant field such as business administration, HR, or communications. You are eager to learn and want to contribute to the team. 

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Day-to-day support to the HR Operations teams 

• Administrative HR tasks 

• Support onboarding processes 

• Responsible for updating our HR systems, such as TimeLog and Workday 

• Ad hoc tasks 

We will provide the needed training and mentoring to get you started. 

We are offering a workplace where you can get hands-on experience with HR tasks and a team that values your input. We want you to be able to balance your studies and work responsibilities and therefore offer flexibility during your exam periods.  

We are currently 20 colleagues in the Global HR Department, 5 of us working in the Hellerup Operations team.  

You will be based in our headquarters in Hellerup and be part of our HR Operations team. You will report directly to Rikke Grøndahl Hansen, Director of HR Operations Europe who is also based in Hellerup.

Work hours: 15-20 hours per week
