The opportunity and what we offer

Formalize is on a scaling journey with significant traction across Europe. As our new Student Assistant in Customer Success, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to make a meaningful impact. Seize this distinctive chance to actively contribute to shaping Formalize's products growth narrative. You will join a growing Customer Success team of +4 people from start.

Responsibilities

This position is a good first step into getting to know our Formalize product and to know more about how organisations organize their compliance. You'll have to thrive in doing manual work.

  • Configure and customise the Formalize platform to indvidual client specifications
  • Migrate existing customer GRC data into the Formalize platform
  • Provide input and feedback in the form of potential product optimization ideas and feature requests

  • You might be studying within the compliance or law area
  • Able to work 15-20 hours a week (part-time) at our Aarhus office
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Native fluency in German

Recruitment Process

  • 15 minutes online interview with our Talent Acquisition team
  • 30 minutes online interview with our Head of Customer Success
  • 60 minutes in-person final interview with Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager
