The Team you will be part of
You will be part of a highly skilled, supportive, and enthusiastic department located in Ballerup, with diverse and experienced specialists working closely together to bring the best possible digital workplace experience possible. You will be reporting to Nicklas Jersing, the Director of Modern Workplace. Your role will involve working closely with IT platform architects and specialists to ensure optimal adoption.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Drive adoption and community around the Microsoft 365 platform, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot and more
Assist in the creation of educational materials, such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs
Engage with employees to build a strong, supportive community around tools and apps within the Microsoft 365 platform
Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve user experience and adoption strategies
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way
Passion for new technologies and a willingness to learn and explore new features and functionalities
Self-motivation: Proactive and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Are currently enrolled in a relevant Danish degree program
Are familiar with Microsoft 365 platform and its various applications
Have prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
