Student Assistant – Group IT
We offer an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in our Headquarters in Ballerup (Copenhagen Area) where you will be part of Group IT! You will get the opportunity to work with stakeholders across GN and take on a variety of tasks related to application security. A key part of the job is to collaborate and interact with multiple stakeholders across the business and across borders.
The Team You Will be Part of
You will be part of a supportive and enthusiastic team located in Ballerup, with diverse and experienced specialists working closely together with other IT teams. As part of the Security team, you will help protect and enhance our role-based Security Management for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft D365 FO.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Assist the team in handling role-based security management for Microsoft D365 FO
Assist the team in creating and optimizing process documents
Perform small configurations and related testing
Provide support for user access during user training and system release activities
Assist the team with level 3 support in reviewing and mitigating incidents with respect to access requests
Provide support to users when they have system security related inquiries
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you
Have a degree within IT or engineering.
Are organized and structured in your approach to work
Preferably have experience with IT security
