Student Assistant in the Competitive Intelligence (CI) Department

We are seeking a passionate Student Assistant to join us. You will get the opportunity to work side-by-side with highly experienced colleagues. The primary responsibilities include data management related to the CI news alerts and conferences, but as we are continuously developing, the job can evolve to include other tasks over time. 

The CI department is a small team and you will report directly to Yang Yang-Malten, Director of Competitive intelligence who is based in Hellerup. You will also be based in Hellerup. 

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Data management related to the weekly CI alert and conferences 
• Support improvement of systems and processes. 
• Data handling and analysis 
• Other day-to-day tasks. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

You are currently enrolled in a relevant academic program such as natural sciences, pharmacy or similar. You have a strong scientific mindset. 

Furthermore, you are: 

Independent and quick to learn, able to handle tasks with minimal supervision. 

• Approaching your work in a systematic and structured way. 
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. 
• Proficient with Microsoft software 
• Able to work on-site in Hellerup. 

Key competencies: 

You are a strong team player, detail-oriented, responsible and have a can-do attitude. 

Furthermore, you are conscientious about your tasks, solution oriented and focused on meeting deadlines. 

Work hours: 7.5 hours per week. We want you to balance your work and studies effectively and therefore we offer flexibility where possible to support you in balancing your responsibilities
