MyDefence is looking for a motivated Law or Business Law Student Assistant to join our legal team in a dynamic role. In this position, you will collaborate directly with our experienced General Counsel, providing valuable support while gaining practical, hands-on experience in an international setting. The tasks vary within commercial law, including working on international contracts in English and learning the essential legal skills of contract analysis and drafting.
Key Responsibilities:
Establishing an electronic master archive
Reviewing contracts
Conducting legal research
Ensuring compliance and KYC
Document management
This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 15 hours per week, with the option to work either half or full days based on your availability. We understand the demands of academic life and are flexible, allowing you to adjust your schedule around exams and holiday breaks.
You will be based at our headquarters in Nørresundby, where you will have a designated workspace.
We are seeking a bachelor’s or master’s level student in law or business law, ideally with 2-3 years remaining in your studies. This role requires a candidate with a strong interest in business operations, someone who is both pragmatic and curious about how legal principles apply in real-world scenarios. You should be eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English is essential for this position.
