In your role as Student Assistant in Customer Support, you will collaborate mainly with our Italian customers, the rest of the Customer Support team, and with colleagues across the whole company. You’ll gain insight into our product and our core markets and will be fully integrated into our team. And after you graduate, you can potentially join us full-time!
What you will do
•Support Italian and international customers via email and phone, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting.
•Educate and empower customers to maximize their use of tamigo.
•Assist with contract renewals and translate documentation from English to Italian.
•Strive to deliver business and technical value, guided by KPIs.
You have:
•Native level Italian and proficiency in written and spoken English.
•At least 1 year left before graduating from master’s studies in a field such as business, IT, communication, or another relevant field.
