We are looking for a Student Assistant to support a researcher and their team of Student Assistants. The work involves supporting administrative tasks and ongoing projects related to the field of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance).
We are over 130 full-time employees at MSC, who all work in research, teaching, and administration. MSC is in Dalgas Have, Frederiksberg. You can read more about the department and our research areas at:

- Support various projects related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives
- Assist with organizing meetings, managing bookings, and coordinating schedules
- Support the creation and publishing of blog posts on the CBS Nordic LAB webpage
- Offer support in managing ad hoc projects and tasks as they arise throughout the week
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of administrative processes
We are looking for someone who has:
- Well-structured organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle new tasks and responsibilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic familiarity with blog management platforms is an adv (a plus but not mandatory)
- Proactive mindset and a willingness to support ongoing and ad hoc projects
- The ability to work effectively both alone and in a team and communicate complex ideas clearly
You have to currently be enrolled as a student at an institution of higher education to be considered for the position. Students studying Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Economics, Social Science, or a related degree program will have a strategic advantage.

Salary and terms of employment: Employment will take place in accordance with the HK organizational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and Publicly Employed Organizations (OAO-S Collective Agreement).
The salary amounts to between DKK 140.57 and DKK 147.46 depending on previous employment with office employment experience and level of education. Pension is paid if there has been 9 months of prior employment in the public sector and you are over 20 years old or have previously been covered by a pension scheme as part of a previous employment. The pension contribution amounts to 15% of the pensionable salary components.
It is a requirement that you are an
active student at a higher education institution to be employed.
