Are you looking to gain some relevant experience in Marketing while studying? Do you want to contribute to a greener future? Then we probably have a student job for you. 


What we offer

A solid stream of those small practical office tasks that typically comes with a short deadline. Combined with all our many marketing needs, thoughts and big ideas.

You will have the opportunity to create content for various channels, including website content, posts, presentations, printed materials, events and LinkedIn management. Focus will be on ensuring our content is informative, engaging and aligned with our overall company profile.

As we are a smaller company with a very flat hierarchy you can quickly get responsibility and experience within different disciplines. The job is 8-10 hours a week, we offer a competitive salary, and we respect exam periods and that your study is of highest priority.


Who we are

You will be part of our professionally strong engineering team, which is undergoing rapid development. For now, we are still a smaller team with 12-15 employees.

Weel & Sandvig is a world-leading company in the field of Predictive Emission Monitoring Systems (PEMS). We provide software-based solutions for monitoring emissions from industrial combustion sources such as gas turbines, boilers, engines, etc. Our PEMS solutions play a significant role in the fight against air pollution and greenhouse gas impact. We are also developing high-temperature heat pump technology for industry, which is an economically attractive way to decarbonize the industry's energy consumption.


Your main tasks will be

  • Preparation of texts/graphics for presentations, brochures, LinkedIn, website, material for conference participation, etc.

  • Support arrangement of various events - both external and internal.

  • Ensure we have enough coffee beans, fruit, lunch, snacks, cables, paper for the printer and all sorts of other practical things that are needed around the office.

  • Administrative tasks such as preparing various texts, gathering proposals, investigating rules/legislation, providing documentation, etc.


Who you are

We are looking for a motivated and flexible team member. You are probably pursuing some level of degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.

  • You are a skilled communicator and strong in both writing and editing. English is a need and Danish is a clear advantage.

  • You have a basic understanding and general interest in marketing.

  • A willingness to help where needed be - especially with the little things.

  • And interest or basic skills in design/graphic tools are highly appreciated.


We know that nobody can master all disciplines initially, so an interest and a motivation to learn is the most important. 

Please note that this is an on-site job opportunity. You will be based and working from our office at DTU Science Park in Lyngby, Denmark.
