The Product Management team in the Ecommerce Product Excellence and Enablement Team at WSA needs your help.

We are a little team of Product Managers, Product Owners and Platform Owners who is driving change in the Hearing Aid business. WSA is an international corporation – one of the biggest producers of hearing aids in the world – with head quarter in Lynge in Denmark.

We are a diverse bunch, your new colleagues come from all over the world, speak all kinds of languages – we mostly speak English. And we are open to work with all kinds of people.

The Challenge:

We work on managing, maintaining, and developing all our ecommerce platforms – So, standardization and harmonization is a big part of our work.

We work with 5+ different ecommerce platforms, and in hundreds of markets world-wide. Our business philosophy is based on being customer-centric, agile, and data-driven.

Our work is often challenging – That’s why we always focus on having fun as a team.

What you will do

As our student assistant, you will work on a variety of tasks:
-You will help with keeping our legacy ecommerce platforms up to date.
-You will communicate with partners, distributors, and customers, about our new features, processes and platforms.
-Collaborate with a vibrant team of Product Marketers and Business Development specialists across the EMEA Region, from Global and Local roles.
-Support the launching new products and services, by providing information, clarifying questions, and collecting market feedback.
-Put together local plans (quantitative business and qualitative marketing actions) and consolidate them into a coherent sum up, with key insights and action proposals.
-Slice data into insightful reports for different audiences and purposes.
-Deliver the key messages in face-to-face meetings, video calls, and in writing.
-You will help communication across functions, regions and markets, within WSA.
-You will collect and analyze data in various scenarios such as google analytics, PowerBI, market analysis, competitive solutions, trends to support us in a customer-centric approach.
-You will help prepare PowerPoint presentations, Miro boards, Figma to support the digital marketing product management team.
-And support data-driven decisions by using data and analytics to help making informed decisions about features, improvements, and investments.Topics You Will Learn to Master:

What you bring

You are lucky to follow a line of great student assistants. Some of them still work here, either as full-time employees or in our graduate program.
You may already have experience with customer success, business analysis, or product management, if not, you will learn about these topics.

Experience

  • You are enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program. Typical relevant studies would be Marketing, Business, International Business or Engineering. Typical schools would be CBS or BSS, among others.
  • You have good Microsoft Office skills (incl. Excel and pivot tables, PowerPoint). Ability in PowerBI is helpful.
  • We value candidates with experience or education in project management.
  • Personal competencies

  • Curiosity, proactivity, can-do-attitude and a strong drive to learn.
  • Effective at expressing ideas clearly through speech and writing.
  • Ability to understand and summarize complex messages into accessible ones.
  • Ability to adjust the message to different audiences.
  • Prioritizing customer needs while keeping the focus on evidence-based viewpoints during discussions.
  • Ability to bring structure and discipline as team coordinator, driving a methodical and steady execution of the assigned tasks.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, as it is the corporate language.
