Student job at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science
The Bioinformatics group at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science is currently looking for an administrative student assistant.
What we expect from you
The successful candidate will be tasked with administrative duties in assisting our group with grant management and organization. The candidate will schedule and organize work package in person meetings, he/she will make sure to take and organize minutes of our online meetings. He will assist me in travel booking and other organizational tasks in relation to our externally funded projects.
Working hours
We expect the positions to be 10 hours per week with highly flexible working hours to fit a student’s schedule, including exam periods.
Condition of Employment
The period of employment is 15 December 2024 to 31 September 2025.
