The position
We offer Student Assistant positions in our Quality Control department at our manufacturing site in Hjørring. You may have the opportunity to support and explore areas such as:
•    Good Manufacturing Process
•    Change Control
•    LEAN & Agile way of working
•    Writing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
•    Job Instructions and TROL updates

The responsibilities of a student assistant will vary. However, you can expect to become a valued team member, where people are eager to learn from your perspectives and provide you with valuable insights. You will interact with many colleagues within your team, department, and even across the organization, managing various stakeholders. Your assignments will be influenced by your passion and motivation.
We continually focus on introducing new ways of optimizing our work, becoming data-driven, and achieving a fully automated production plant.

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: 

•    You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in medicine, biotechnology, chemistry, or other related fields
•    You have at least 12 months remaining in your studies
•    You are eager to learn
•    You are able to manage time effectively
•    You have excellent written and spoken English skills

Having experience in SOP writing, GMP/GDP, problem-based project solving, and the ability to work with various stakeholders is advantageous.

About the department
At Needle Manufacturing (NM), we oversee the internal assembly and packaging of Novo Nordisk's pen needles and ensure quality control for all pen needles, including those from our external partners. Our Hjørring facility produces pen needles for diabetes, obesity, and rare blood and endocrine disorder products. NM employs approximately 440 people.

Student Assistant Position Details
A Student Assistant role at Novo Nordisk is between 8-20 hours per week, with most positions requiring approximately 8 hours on-site in Hjørring. We provide flexibility to accommodate your educational responsibilities, as we recognize the value of your studies.
A Danish work permit is necessary, and you must be living in Northern Jutland at the time of application.
