We are looking for an energetic colleague with a distinct sense of style and creative abilities within styling to ensure YAS' brand identity. 

YOUR TEAM
You will become part of our Brand Marketing team, reporting directly to our Design Director. The Brand Marketing team is a dynamic, goal-driven group that works closely with our E-commerce team on various communication activities directed towards our stakeholders. As Stylist & Photo Coordinator you will collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure optimal performance and maintain a consistent visual identity. 

Our team is small but passionate, with 3 members who bring a high level of enthusiasm and creativity. We value open-mindedness and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on supporting each other across disciplines to drive collective success.

YOUR JOB
As Stylist & Photo Coordinator, you will play a central role in shaping and maintaining our visual identity across both B2B and B2C channels, working closely with your colleagues. Your primary responsibilities include the development, coordination, and execution of all photoshoots and campaigns. You will provide visual guidance and contribute to styling for photoshoots. Additionally, you’ll assist with all practical aspects of events, trade shows, and sales meetings. 

Here’s a glimpse into your tasks:

Develop, coordinate, and execute all B2B photoshoots and campaigns

Create B2C campaign proposals, from initial moodboards to coordination and execution across touchpoints

Maintain Fashion Cloud and manage image rights

Assist with setup and practical tasks at trade shows, sales meetings, and various sales events

Update and maintain the marketing and photo budget

Book models and makeup artists

Produce content for TikTok and other social channels

You are an exceptional communicator, effortlessly building strong connections with the sales department and team members alike. Your organizational skills are second to none, enabling you to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with precision. With a natural ability to coordinate diverse projects, you take a structured and methodical approach to your work. You have a deep understanding of branding and know how to execute it effectively. Always on top of the latest trends, you bring a creative mindset that infuses fresh, relevant insights into everything you do. 

Furthermore, we expect you to:

Be fluent in both Danish and English, both spoken and written

Have knowledge of TikTok and an understanding of what type of content works on this platform
