We're looking for a CxPlanner Super-User who can bridge the gap between technology and commissioning. Whether you're a SaaS onboarding specialist skilled in optimizing digital workflows or a commissioning expert looking to combine your industry expertise with innovative tools, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact.
Collaborate directly with US-based commissioning teams to set up and optimize their use of CxPlanner.
Provide hands-on onboarding and training to ensure clients fully understand and utilize the platform's features.
Regularly assess client licenses ensuring they align with evolving needs and provide the best value.
Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients offering assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance as needed.
Share insights and feedback from clients to help shape and improve the platform.
A flair for processes and verification or experience as a commissioning provider who understands industry challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
A proactive problem solver who thrives on helping others succeed.
Flexibility to align with US working hours.
Experience with SaaS platforms and/or quality management systems is a plus.
We're open to two types of candidates who can bring unique strengths to the role:
Profile 1: Commissioning Expertise Background as a commissioning provider or experience in quality assurance for construction projects. Deep understanding of commissioning processes, workflows, and challenges. Eager to leverage your expertise to help clients adopt innovative software solutions. Familiarity with SaaS platforms or digital tools is a bonus but not required.
Profile 2: Software and Onboarding Expertise Proven experience in onboarding clients and optimizing their use of SaaS platforms. Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to translate complex needs into effective solutions. Familiarity with quality management systems or construction workflows is a plus. Interest in learning about commissioning processes and collaborating with industry experts.

Office-based culture: Approximately four days in the office per week - and flexibility to structure your day. Office based in Holte in Northern Copenhagen.
