Job Opening: Supervisor and Cleaning Staff Member

Location: Copenhagen
Employment Type: Full-time, fixed work schedule (including weekends)

We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Supervisor and Cleaning Staff Member. This role involves both performing cleaning tasks and supervising team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Performing cleaning duties across various sites, including:
  • Nightclubs
  • Restaurants
  • Offices
  • Private homes
• Inspecting and monitoring the quality of work completed by the team to meet cleanliness standards
• Working according to a fixed schedule (including varying hours and weekends) across different locations in Copenhagen

Requirements:

• You must speak Polish or Nepali, and conversational English
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and responsibility
• Ability to work according to a fixed schedule, including weekend shifts
• Previous experience in the cleaning industry is an advantage
