Supply Chain Analyst (Part time)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST TO ANALYSE DATA AND UNCOVER INSIGHTS TO DRIVE ON-TIME SALES IN OUR GLOBAL PLANNING TEAM.

We are looking for a structured and proactive Planner to join our team. You will have a close collaboration with production and the Logistic team making sure we have cross functional alignment with a focus on data where timelines are kept.

• Perform data entry and ensure we have data accuracy in reports.
• Build and maintain dashboards.
• Tracking of launch availability in regions.
• Assist with collaboration and coordination of timelines across our global operations team. 
• Monitoring of key supply chain planning KPIs.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation and presentations related to our regular routines.
• Governance of order placement process between sales channels and our ERP. 
• Various Ad Hoc tasks.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Business administration or similar studies. Furthermore, we imagine that you have/are:

• Experience working with Excel is a requirement together with PowerPoint/Google slides.
• Understanding of data management and analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Collaborative attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexible and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle stakeholders at all levels in the organization
• Good technical flair.
• Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Reliable in accurate and timely results.

WHAT ELSE?
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-17 CEST and we are looking for someone who can work 2-3 days a week (15-18 Hours).
