Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the renewable industry. Are you a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator and are you looking for your next job adventure?

 

The overall purpose with the project is to ensure that the O&M organization have the right materials in stock and can source required materials in an efficient and cost-effective way. You will be responsible for managing, monitoring, analyzing, and improving the system and setup for replenishment of stock for coded (SAP) materials used for the O&M Wind Turbines and Balance of Plant. You will also be responsible delivery follow-ups and monitoring in cooperation with Operational Procurement, Warehouse Management and the sites.

Location: You can be placed at the client's office in either Denmark, Sweden, Germany or UK.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Three years relevant work experience in a similar position
• Solid understanding of supply chain and supplier management
• Analytical and experienced in Excel and SAP
• Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written
• As a person you are structured, independent, and result oriented
• You are a team player who actively engages people by asking, sharing, helping or asking for help
• You are pro-active, transparent, performance and results oriented
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Able to start asap

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Maintain outline agreements, stock parameters, source lists, and prices in SAP for O&M materials
• Responsible for managing, monitoring, analyzing, and improving the system and setup for replenishment of stock for coded (SAP) materials used for the O&M Wind Turbines and Balance of Plant
• Requisitioner for all coded (SAP) materials (incl. main components). Responsible that all requirements being converted to purchase orders and delivered to the sites
• Handle all related invoices
• Regularly review and optimize stock parameters together with local experts at site
• Responsible delivery follow-ups and monitoring in cooperation with Operational Procurement, Warehouse Management and the sites
• Cooperate with Procurement, provide feedback on supplier performance and request support when needed
• Enable and coordinate sharing of materials across sites when needed
• Proactive by optimizing and automizing purchasing steps where possible
• Participating in handling turbine down orders
• Participating in the material creation process
