The position

One of the top priorities within our Global Supply Chain organization is to ensure a successful delivery of our End-to-End Orderflow Transformation Program – Orderflow4Future. This is to ensure Supply Chain can support the ambitious plans ahead for Novo Nordisk. The program includes the successful implementation of segmented ways of planning and executing in our new operating model. This is a multiyear engagement, and we have 2-3 years to go until full completion. By then all new flows will be active across all manufacturing sites, distribution centers and sales affiliates.
You will work in the Digital Supply Chain team reporting directly to the Project Director of Orderflow4Future. This organization belongs to the Global Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation organization and work closely with our manufacturing teams, sales affiliates and the Digital, Data and IT organization. 

To ensure we have a strong solution operational and that we have an organization that has been onboarded and trained is key for the success for this transformation project. You will be driving the delta design and deployment to all manufacturing sites towards success of the program.
 
Key responsibilities for your role will be:

• Responsible for delivery of delta design and deployment timeline for the program
• Responsible to ensure stakeholder buy in and readiness on manufacturing sites
• Contribute to end-to-end supply chain solution strategically as well as operationally
• Project management across 6 tracks plus a complex network of impacted business areas.

 
Qualifications
As our Deployment Lead you must be an experienced candidate who can continue our program to ensure we have a strong solution and deployment plan. Overall, we are looking for a candidate with great leadership skills, who can manage and build partnerships with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. 

We expect you to have:

• Master’s degree in Supply chain, Finance Business, or another relevant field 
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management competences
• 7+ in leadership or project management positions
• Ability to collaborate in a very diverse organization 
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and preferably of the life science industry

As a person you have a high level of energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment with numerous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing deadlines. You can work in a structured and independent manner and are ready to push the agenda forward. You must be fluent in English, both written and oral.
