Supply Chain Planner and Logistics Specialist

Elopak is looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Planner with a strong background in logistics, export, and order management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of process improvement and will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to manage the flow of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Manage order processing from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Manage export processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in supply planning, logistics, export, and order management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of process improvement in supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Supply planning and inventory management experience would be key for this role.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and export documentation.
