Elopak is looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Planner with a strong background in logistics, export, and order management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of process improvement and will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to manage the flow of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Manage order processing from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Manage export processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in supply planning, logistics, export, and order management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of process improvement in supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Supply planning and inventory management experience would be key for this role.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and export documentation.
