The Supply Chain Planner (m/f/d) will be responsible for inventory and demand planning across our global locations. They will evaluate, track and visualize HBK´s inventory activities to a healthy stock level across all locations.Working closely with local SIOP and Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Product Management and Sales teams to further develop the design, implementation and maturity of the demand planning process for HBK.

Please not that this role is limited with a temporary contract of one year.

Main Responsibilities

  • Inventory planner analysis of inventory, follow up of optimization actions with 6 sites (DE, DK, UK, US, CN, PT)monitoring of weekly evolution/changes/gaps vs. plansmonth/year end inventory predictionGlobally, By site, By stock type (RAW, WIP, FG)at least weekly report to management aboutEvolution, Gaps to plan, escalation points
  • Demand planner Continuous Improvement of Demand Planning Processes within HBKs SIOP Process (Implementation of SIOP forums, Development of CTQs and KPIs, foster an objective and deliverables based culture of communication)Act as key support IBP setup to facilitate the Demand Planning Process and implement this process within HBKRun Monthly Demand Planning Process with different stakeholders from Sales, Product Management and FinanceBridge Demand Planning processes with the global HBK Portfolio, across all stages of the Product Life CycleImplement & Improve Forecast accuracy metrics across all product families of HBKChallenge forecasts from Sales, Product Management, Finance and Operations. Reach “Consensus”, complete with Risks / Opportunity scenarios.Enable Operations to optimize supply chains & inventory positioning to Improve Product Availability and optimize inventory across the Supply Chain.

  • Professional Qualifications / Experience

  • Work experience in Global Supply Chain Management > 10 yrs
  • Deep knowledge and experience in data analysis utilizing excel and presentation skills in ppt are required
  • Extensive experience in a similar role with a strong track-record of Inventory Optimization is critical
  • Previous experience of working with SAP & BI essential, IBP preferred
  • Previous experience within a production, manufacturing or technical environment preferred
