Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Product Creation department based at our HQ in Odense.

Quadsat’s technology combines a drone with RF technology to create solutions for optimizing spectrum utilization.

We are at an exciting milestone in our growth journey, as we expand our organization and product offerings, and we are therefore looking to strengthen our Supply Chain team with an experienced specialist to enhance our procurement and logistics operations.

We seek a candidate who is experienced and excited to join the scale-up journey. You will report directly to the CTO/COO and have high responsibility and flexibility in your work. At Quadsat, you have the opportunity to make a real impact with your work and shape our future direction as we grow.

In this role, you will work across all areas of our supply chain processes from sourcing and vendor selection to export and distribution. On a day-to-day basis you can expect your tasks to include:

• Selecting vendors and establishing vendor agreements.
• Coordinating all purchasing activities for production, R&D and engineering.
• Handling all aspects of export control to comply with international trade regulations.
• Overseeing the shipping and distribution of products to customers.
• Tracking incoming stock and registering it in Tracelink to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and implementing inventory management strategies to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Monitoring and maintaining the Bill of Materials (BOM) to support production planning.
• Playing a key role in planning production activities to ensure efficient operations.

• Have a relevant education in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or similar.
• Experience using an ERP system, we use Tracelink, so experience with this would be beneficial.
• We expect you have prior experience in a similar role when you managed activities across the whole supply chain.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities at once.
• High analytical and organizational skills.
• English is our company language, so fluency in English both oral and written is a must.

In supply chain specifically, you will work alongside one other Supply Chain Specialist to collectively take our operations to the next level.
