We are currently searching for a Supply Planning Manager to help power our fast-growing ‘Never Out of Stock’ (NOOS) team at VILA. 

YOUR TEAM
You will become a part of VILA's NOOS team, a dynamic, international, and results-driven team of 14 colleagues, who are all passionate about making a difference for the business and for the retail- and wholesale partners all over Europe. You will lead a team of 4 planners within the NOOS and the replenishment team, which is a central part of our business and responsible for the entire flow of NOOS products from our central warehouse to our customers. We are dedicated to creating a replenishment program aligned with the latest trends and customer needs.

THE ROLE
As Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing NOOS orders and leading the day-to-day replenishment operations. Working closely with your team, our sales team and our replenishment partners, you will ensure the timely delivery of products in the correct quantities to maintain smooth operations. You will work closely with Head of NOOS to make strategic decisions regarding customer development and optimizing internal processes to create better opportunities for growth. 

Specifically, your responsibilities include: 

Leading and supporting a team of four planners, ensuring motivation, high performance, and effective collaboration 

Balancing leadership with hands-on involvement in operations as daily supervision of performance, stock levels and adjustments of allocations

Analysing performance data to improve our tools and processes to make our work even better

Collecting and using feedback on product performance, market needs, and future trends 

Ensuring operational efficiency and alignment across all sales channels 

Sharing NOOS strategies and updates with both internal teams and external partners.

YOUR PROFILE 
Either you already manage a team, or you are ready to take the next step in your career with management responsibility. With a commercial, proactive, and self-driven mindset, you gain deep business insights, challenge the status quo, and drive the optimization and development of the supply chain. You thrive in hands-on operations while building strong relationships across VILA and external partners. You value data-driven decisions and recognize the importance of leveraging data to optimize both operations and strategy. 

Along with that, you bring: 

Strong experience as a planner, demand planner or similar 

Experience in leading or supporting a team is considered an advantage. However, the most important factor is that you are motivated and ready to take on management responsibilities 

Understanding of NOOS is considered an advantage 

Expertise in Microsoft Excel, and an understanding of Power BI or similar tools

Fluency in English, written and spoken.
