As a Surgical Customer Service Representative , you will be trusted to work on customer service and order management at our Copenhagen location.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Collaborating with the Customer Operations team to manage and distribute orders efficiently. Overseeing dashboards and phone inquiries to provide excellent customer service. Monitoring and resolving customer inquiries, including product complaints and incidents. Reconciling accounts and following up on deliveries from carriers and backorders. Processing returns and pickups efficiently. Managing destruction requests and addressing debit/credit issues. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Experience: Experience in customer service and order management. Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous, but not required. Proficiency in Office programs. Behaviors: Strong multitasking and analytical skills. Commitment to quality and ensuring "first-time right" outcomes. Excellent team player in a multicultural work environment. Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English; proficiency in other Nordic languages is a plus. HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:
