YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
You will be part of a fast-growing, global brand committed to making better choices every day to minimise our social and environmental impact and to reach our 50% carbon reduction target by 2027. In this role, you'll be a key member of the Sustainability team, working closely with our Chief Sustainability Officer. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the execution of GANNI’s sustainability projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Drive our sustainability agenda with a strong focus on project execution and stakeholder management:

• Proven experience in coordinating and managing projects in a fast-paced work environment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with GANNI’s strategic goals 
• Track and report on project progress, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed
• Collaborate between team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project alignment and delivery
• Support the preparation of presentations and other communication materials
• Assist in organising events, workshops, and training sessions related to sustainability initiatives
• Organise and facilitate cross-departmental meetings 
• Support the Chief Sustainability Officer on a needs basis

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana) is a plus
• A degree/background in sustainability is not required.
