The team
The CCO department is an international and engaged group of 70 professionals with diverse backgrounds. Our objective is to act as trusted advisors to European Energy's senior leadership and the broader organization. We work on engaging, highly complex, and very often cross-functional projects that aim to unlock long-term growth for the company.

We strive to accelerate personal development and best equip you with the capabilities and traits to drive impact. We do this through tailored personal development plans, and we promote a caring feedback culture with continuous coaching from both your direct leader as well as from our experienced project managers.
Lastly, we also believe that you learn by seeing and by doing – which we translate to inclusion and exposure to a vast landscape of different projects and stakeholders across the company. This means that as a Sustainability Student Analyst you will be involved in projects in a similar fashion to our full-time employees and take part in all project activities end-to-end including planning, meeting facilitation, communications, etc.
How you will create impact
As a Sustainability Student Analyst, you will focus on driving change through support across various sustainability initiatives from end-to-end. From the onset of your tenure, you will specifically engage in activities such as:
