The position
You will be the HR Business Partner for two business areas of Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs (CSCA) and an integrated part of their leadership teams. CSCA drives competitive commercial strategies & sustainable solutions for the benefit of people living with serious chronic diseases, Novo Nordisk, and society at large. You will gain unique insights into our products and therapy area strategies while supporting the SVP of Diabetes and the CVP of Portfolio Strategy, Access & Pricing and their leadership team in leveraging their P&O agendas and the workdays of the 140 and 65 highly skilled people of the areas, who are striving every day to create access to the best possible treatment to diabetes patients across the world.
Based in Søborg, Denmark, you will align closely with business priorities and translate strategies into impactful HR actions, with a focus on driving:
Working in tandem with the business area’s executive support functions, you will continuously assess and evolve the business to enhance organizational efficiency and agility. Moreover, you will champion an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment, rooted in our values - the Novo Nordisk Way. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will cultivate solid, trust-based relationships, identifying challenges and playing an advisory role in addressing them. Your collaboration with Centres of Excellence within P&O will define and execute initiatives that bolster the business areas’ ability to seize opportunities and navigate challenges.

You have strong strategic thinking abilities and possess interpersonal skills to advise and challenge at all organizational levels. About the Department
You will become part of the People & Organisation (P&O) Business Partnering unit and report to the Director and head of the P&O team in CSCA. The P&O function for CSCA consists of 4 highly engaged and experienced HR Business Partners.
