System Supporter for Autorola Marketplace

The support team is a central part of the Marketplace department, and you will work closely with our experienced Marketplace support manager, in supporting our Marketplace operation of 500+ employees selling more than 10.000 vehicles per month.

Role responsibilities

As our new system supporter, your main responsibilities will include:

• 2nd level support of incoming calls and tickets for the Marketplace administration and front-end systems.
• Analysis, description, and handover of more demanding cases to 3rd level support/development.
• Supporting the development of support processes and manuals.
• Data extraction, statistics, and reporting.
• Expanding and developing our internal documentation.

Your qualifications

To excel in the system supporter role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• System Support: Proven track record in providing system support.
• IT Systems and Data: Strong aptitude for IT systems and data management.
• English Proficiency: High professional level of spoken and written English.
• Analytical Skills: Good ability to interpret and resolve issue descriptions.
• Problem-Solver: Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Customer Focus: Service-minded and customer-oriented attitude.
• Global Navigator: Comfortable working across different time zones, cultures, and languages.
