We’re seeking for an experienced Recruiter with knowledge of recruiting skilled workers from the Philippines. Your tasks will require knowledge about the legislation law, visa process among other things and you should be able to work from home if you’re not located close to one of our offices.
You will also be responsible for:
1. Developing a recruitment strategy: finding and attracting qualified applicants sometimes requires time and makes us all to be creative. Sometimes you need to use social media to get your own network, look at new websites and advertise job offers in new places. Your recruitment strategy should also contain:
a) Creating and publishing job offers: knowledge of Tagalog and English will be the key here!
b) Screening resumes, conducting interviews: it’s important always to check if the candidate meets the requirements, that includes background and reference checks.
c) Being responsible for on- and offboarding of Filipino skilled workers: familiarizing new team members with the organization, and people, as well as maintaining a positive relationship with the person leaving is a very important step in the employee’s cycle.
2. Working with documentation: not only creating contracts, maintaining data integrity, but also complying with legal requirements - you need to be familiar with legislation, employment law, as well as the visa process and types for Filipinos.
3. Cooperation with our managers, other departments and entities: working remote if you’re not located close to one of our offices.
