For our coming Talent Acquisition Specialist we are therefore looking for a person who is eager for a growth journey and eager for all the development, learnings, good times and tough times that may follow and where being a team player is key! 

As Talent Acquisition Specialist , our key priority on this exciting growth journey is to attract and hire top-tier talent. You will be managing the A-Z recruitment cycle, Pre- & onboarding, Employer branding initiatives, and Events where your contributions will help shape our future and drive our growth

You will be part of an energetic and passionate team where we are always there for each other, as well, you will work together with inspiring hiring managers across diverse departments such as Marketing, Sales, Design, Client Success, and Development. Your key responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role will include, but will not be limited to...

• Owning and managing multiple recruitment projects from A -> Z across different profiles and nationalities 
• Conducting efficient search&selection and screening calls to assess skill levels and organizational fit, and present and recommend candidates accordingly to management
• Facilitate and conduct candidate interviews and case presentations both digitally and in person 
• Partnering with and advising hiring managers across all offices in aligning candidate profiles
• Ensuring that hiring managers are always fully informed, adhere to the process, and work towards agreed hiring plans and role specifications
• Articulate our value proposition in a way that engages and motivates active and passive candidates to join us on this growth journey 
• Maintaining professional and courteous communication and ensuring a great candidate experience with timely feedback, managing each step in the hiring process, and fostering long-term relationship
• Take part in assisting and managing our internal Relesys app and contribute proactively to its evolvement
• Take part in projects; Employer Branding, Events and Pre- and Onboarding processes and initiatives

• You are accountable, proactive, and deeply curious about people
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, excelling at working independently, maintaining a strategic overview of projects, and working efficiently
• A minimum of 1+ years experience with recruitment A-Z
• Experience with basic recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
• Advantageous if you have experience with recruitment in the SaaS industry, tech roles and in fast-paced environments, such as start-ups or scale-ups
• You are based in or near Copenhagen and can come to the office majority of your work days (we work with people so we need to be present and approachable)
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English

The hiring process:

• A phone conversation or Teams meeting with Talent recruiter
• Invitation to a coffee talk at the office with the Head of Talent
• Interview with a case presented to the Head of Talent
