As a Talent Attraction Manager, you will be working in the People & Organisation (‘P&O’) team in Hellerup, Copenhagen. The P&O team works to enable our strategic objectives by attracting and developing the right talent. We are in a process of increasing support to our portfolio companies while continuing to optimize internal talent processes. This dual approach ensures we deliver exceptional value both internally and across our investment ecosystem.

The Role

The role as a Talent Attraction Manager has a dual focus: first, to lead and enhance Novo Holdings' internal talent attraction strategies and recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong internal alignment; and second, to support our portfolio companies by providing expertise in executive search processes, talent pipeline development, and strategic guidance on recruiting best practices."

As a Talent Attraction Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, talent strategy, and related initiatives. Your work will drive not only our internal recruitment efforts but also provide critical support to portfolio companies across our global ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic direction, project management and hands-on execution, ensuring exceptional hiring outcomes and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Process Design and Implementation:

  • Design and drive improvements in the end-to-end candidate experience, embedding diversity and inclusivity at every stage.
  • Develop candidate testing frameworks and interview questions for hiring managers.
  • Own and optimize the recruiting system, ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to shape our employer branding and organize recruitment events.
  • Lead digital recruitment tool adoption to enhance efficiency throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Recruitment Execution:

  • Manage and execute searches across Novo Holdings’ DK and UK offices, working closely with hiring managers and HR business partners.
  • Partner with the Rewards and Operations team to align positions with compensation strategies.

Support for Portfolio Companies:

  • Design and maintain Master Service Agreements with executive search firms.
  • Develop best practices for portfolio companies in working with external search providers.
  • Maintain and update a long-list of potential board candidates for portfolio companies.
  • Provide guidance on key recruitment processes within portfolio organizations.

Talent Pipeline Strategy:

  • Build a proactive talent pipeline to meet the needs of both Novo Holdings and its portfolio companies.
  • Conduct LinkedIn searches and market scans to identify potential candidates.
  • Stay informed about recruiting trends and become the go-to person for executive search processes.

What We’re Looking For

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in professional services, financial organizations, or investment environments.
  • Proven expertise in recruiting strategy development and execution, with a strong understanding of digital recruitment platforms.
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
