As a Talent Specialist at GroupM, you play a central role in ensuring the optimal execution of our People Development Circle, and you are an expert in recruiting new talent.
This role involves:
Being a facilitative and administrative part of the People Development Circle. This includes updating and coordinating invitations for training and leadership programs, managing the Talent Planning process, and conducting surveys and data processing.
Participating in recruiting new colleagues to GroupM and the agencies by creating and coordinating job ads, as well as communicating with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process. You will also actively search for relevant candidates through outreach to profiles on LinkedIn to contribute to the overall candidate pool. As a Talent Specialist, you become a key player in maintaining our position in the market by supporting the agencies in their continuous attraction, recruitment, and development of talent. Overall, you have a keen interest in HR and in contributing to its smooth operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure a continuous development and improvement of our talent pipeline and talent development processes in close collaboration with the Talent Lead. Facilitate and provide administrative support for training, competency development, and talent mobility across the organization. Maintain an update our overview of education and competency development initiatives across the group. Facilitate the people development process and guide the use of systems (Culture Amp) and also be responsible for setting up and implementing various employee surveys and subsequent data processing (such as exit and eNPS surveys). Advise and sparre with the Talent Lead and hiring manager(s) regarding candidate processes and take responsibility for end-to-end recruitment of candidates. Play a central role in the administrative work surrounding our internship program, and ensure that the recruiting and onboarding processes are followed. Set up and conduct ongoing evaluations and ensure that data is processed and shared with the People & Culture Community to continuously optimize the process and program. Participate in events such as education fairs, open house events, and case competitions. YOUR PROFILE Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English. Customer service-oriented and approachable. Persistent and professional attitude. Systematic and flexible. Inquisitive and initiative-taking. Proficiency in using LinkedIn for recruitment and capable of advising others on its use. Mastery of Jobvite and CultureAmp – must be a super-user to perform relevant tasks related to recruitment and people development. Therefore, we hope that you can:
