Team Lead, Cleaning

We are looking for a skilled, self-driven, and quality-conscious Team Lead to take responsibility for the cleaning of BESTSELLER's buildings and facilities in Brande.

THE TEAM
You will be part of our cleaning department in Brande, consisting of approximately 34 dedicated cleaning assistants. In your role, you will have leadership responsibility for 10 employees, whom you will motivate and inspire daily to deliver high-quality cleaning that meets our standards and requirements. The team works closely with our facility department and external partners, and you will also engage in collaboration and sparring with three other cleaning team leads.

THE POSITION 
As a Team Lead, it is your responsibility to ensure that cleaning always meets the high-quality expectations so that BESTSELLER's premises consistently appear neat, clean, and presentable. In doing so, you contribute to creating a positive experience for both colleagues and partners visiting our locations. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also partially participate in the cleaning tasks yourself.
