Co-Lead the future of building software in a global environment 

At EG Construction, we cover the full value chain with our products and have the strongest coverage in the Nordic Market. We develop and deliver off-the-shelf software that supports every stage of a building project.  

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Technical Team Manager to lead one of our development teams in Odense. This is more than just a managerial position; it's a pivotal role where your technical expertise and leadership will directly influence our company's success. You’ll dive into hands-on project management while guiding and nurturing your team and foster professional growth. Even though we are a Nordic based software company, this role includes the unique opportunity to collaborate with our dedicated colleagues in Mangalore, India, creating a truly global work environment. 

What we expect from you: 

As the ideal candidate, you will bring the following must-have skills to this role:  

• Lead the technical projects, development, and team members.  
• Ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security.  
• Collaborate with product managers, development managers, and other stakeholders.  
• Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into projects as appropriate.  
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.  
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth and development.  
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.  

Furthermore, you can see yourself in the following: 

• Experience with leadership and change management.  
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects and empathic handling of people management.  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to oversee both daily operations and long-term strategic changes.
