Experienced leader for Sales Support

About the Job

As the Teamlead for Sales Support, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our B2B customers. Your responsibilities will include motivating your team, foster a positive team environment, setting clear goals for the team, manage development and ensuring the daily life of the strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team in the Sales Support
• Responsible for the maintaining of a high standard of service and attention to detail in the customer relationships in your team.
• Manage your own smaller portfolio of customers in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
• Be the frontrunner in ensuring a smooth cooperation between departments in Actona Group
• Provide constrictive feedback for your team and ensure their development
• Encourage innovative thinking and problem solving within the team
• Continuously seek and encourage the team to seek ways to improve processes, efficiency and service quality.
• Manage ad hoc administrative tasks in the Sales Support

Who Are You?

You have a minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience and are eager to prioritize leadership in your role. You have a natural flair for excellent customer service, administrative tasks, and keeping a long-term customer relationship. You thrive in a structured, routine-oriented work environment, and you are skilled at meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks. You are a self-motivator and are not afraid to take action.
