Your Tasks
• Provide technical support and service for customers, service and sales department for maritime products.
• Quoting of upgrades, services and non-standards solution
• Liaise with factory for technical enquiries and feedback.
• Manage special projects, controlling and coordination.
• Preparation of project specific documentation such as method statements and risk analyses.
• Responsible for the monitoring and correct fulfilling of the local service contracts,
• Oversee customer service issues, including participation in scheduled customer service meetings.
• Calculation and generating of work offers.
• Daily and project-based reporting to the local Head of Customer Service
Your Qualifications
• An excellent knowledge of electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems (theory and practical)
• Experience with the CAN Bus will be highly regarded.
• Experience working with MCC products.
• Excellent diagnostic skills
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Good communication skills and cultural awareness
• Strong knowledge of the English language in understanding, writing and speaking. Proficiency in the Danish language is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Liebherr programs and MS Office
• A valid driver's license.
