As our new Technical Advisor, you'll be based at our Product Center in Copenhagen, joining the aftersales division, MAN PrimeServ. You'll become part of our 45-strong Technical Service Department, dedicated to supporting customers with some of the largest 2-stroke engines globally.
Working closely with our skilled Superintendents and leveraging our in-house expertise, you'll provide customers with the knowledge needed to maintain and troubleshoot their 2-stroke engines. As a member of our 24/7 remote troubleshooting team, you'll assist customers worldwide, responding to inquiries through our Cloud4Service system. You'll represent MAN to our customers, ensuring clear and effective communication to maintain strong relationships.
Through our academy, you'll enhance your technical understanding and competence in 2-stroke engines. You'll gain advanced skills in maintaining and troubleshooting MC-C, ME-B, and ME engines, and learn about the latest gas and dual-fuel engines. You'll also have access to our internal knowledge hub and a broad in-house network across various departments.

You will be part of our Technical Service Department, joining the 24/7 remote troubleshooting team of 4 Technical Advisors manning the support towards our customers 24/7/365 and taking care of our customers’ inquiries for technical guidance and sparring.
You will handle the emergency phone on a 7-day rolling schedule between you and the 3 other team members of the 24/7 team. The schedule is carefully planned so that you can organize your working hours and private life as best as possible.
As part of your onboarding, we will ensure the best training either in our MAN PrimeServ Academy or by site supervision of experienced colleagues.
