AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Quickly getting up-to-speed with a highly complex technical project - training will be provided by your team colleagues
- Identify mainframe access group owners across the whole of Nordea Business and Technology areas
- Gather and prepare packages of complex technical information related to mainframe access groups
- Engage with managers, business representatives, technical experts, and SMEs across the business to inform of the solution and gain support
- Engage access group owners to gather additional information to enable onboarding to a central access controls system in SailPoint IIQ
- Provide active support to the stakeholders, investigate and answer related questions, walk through owner reviews, gather feedback and improvement opportunities whilst leading the meetings
- Ensure that the updates made by the stakeholders are in accordance with the guidelines and standards set by IAM
- Proactive and prompt follow-up to ensure completion of the onboarding tasks within the timelines set by IAM
- Highlight impediments and escalate as needed if there are any delays to meeting the timelines set
- Ensure accuracy in the reporting of the tasks (in JIRA and Excel)
- Identify areas for process streamlining and improvement
