Technical Co-Founder & CTO - AI Startup

Who we are

We're a small, ambitious team of two data scientists, a professor in AI/ML and a commercial lead, obsessed with pushing the boundaries of human-AI interaction.

At Interhuman AI, we're developing sophisticated multimodal AI systems that go beyond basic language processing. Our technology integrates real-time analysis of facial expressions, gaze patterns, voice emotion, and conversational dynamics to understand the nuances of human behavior and decision-making. This enables us to create AI applications that can adapt and respond intelligently to how people actually behave and interact.

We're applying this technology first to corporate training - a $400B (and growing) market still using outdated tools. Our product Offstage (www.offstage.training) lets people practice critical workplace scenarios with AI that adapts to their behavior and provides meaningful feedback. We have early traction, good investor relationships and are backed by Antler (pre-seed).

The role

As technical co-founder and CTO, you'll:

• Guide our product development from MVP to scale

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy, from architecture to deployment

• Lead development of our core technology and SaaS products

• Build and lead our engineering team, establishing best practices and a strong technical culture

• Collaborate with the founding team on product strategy

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience, especially with SaaS products

• Experience scaling systems and teams from early stage to growth

• Understanding of modern AI/ML technologies and their practical applications

• Experience with scalable cloud infrastructure and data privacy

• Track record of leading technical teams and deliverables

Nice to have:

• Previous startup experience

• Experience with real-time interactive systems

• Background in human-computer interaction
