Technical ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to support the deployment of an ERP solution for Local Manufacturing and Affiliate in Iran, targeting a go-live in May 2025. The role requires close collaboration with international teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful configuration, documentation, and validation processes. Familiarity with Rahkaran ERP and warehouse operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and validate configuration lists to ensure system consistency and traceability.
• Establish and manage change processes for system updates with suppliers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align configurations with business and compliance needs.
• Develop and maintain GxP-compliant technical documentation, including system architecture.
• Test and document system installations to meet operational and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during installation or validation processes.
• Act as a technical liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and ERP vendors.
• Provide regular progress updates and risk mitigation strategies to project leadership.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards throughout the implementation.
• Support validation activities, including system qualification, audits, and testing.

• Experience with Rahkaran ERP and warehouse operations.
• Proven ERP implementation experience, preferably in a GxP-regulated environment.
• GxP compliance training or certifications (e.g., Good Documentation Practices, GMP).
• Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and tools.
• Experience with technical design documentation and system specification maintenance.
• Familiarity with installation verification processes and validation lifecycle in GxP environments.
• Understanding of regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA) and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
