Softpay is a leader in mobile payment solutions, and our success necessitates a key individual – you? – to manage the onboarding of new customers and partners.
About the role
Until now, the responsibility for onboarding has been distributed among several individuals, but we now aim to consolidate this into one role. You will take ownership and be directly responsible for the onboarding process, ensuring the fastest and most efficient experience for our customers and ourselves from sales to go-live.
We look for someone who is very structured, documents procedures on the go, is execution-focused, and takes joy in getting things done.
As we are in a scale-up phase, you will help transform our onboarding processes, ensuring high quality and pace of onboarding as we acquire more customers and partners.

About our products
We are a fintech company offering a portfolio of solutions enabling our customers to accept contactless payments on mobile phones and tablets. Our Danish clients include Matas, DSB, Salling, and Coop, but Softpay operates in 15 countries. We are also utilized in highly mobile environments – you might have used our payment solution at major festivals this year.
About us
Our office is located in Østerbro, Copenhagen, where most of our approximately 40 employees work. Founded by individuals with over 20 years of experience in the payments industry, we have a history of successfully starting and building payment companies. We are growing rapidly, more than doubling our revenue year-over-year.
We have an international environment characterized by an entrepreneurial and informal culture. Our workflows and decision-making processes are quick and non-bureaucratic. We believe that effective collaboration happens best when we are close to each other, so we work from the office four days a week.
Your qualifications
This is a full-time position based in our Copenhagen office. You will report to the VP of Engineering.
