Technical Project Leader

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Project Leader with technical understanding and a strong desire to deliver.

Location: Lund, Sweden, onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong experience within technical project management
• Relevant educational background
• Communicative and structured, with the ability to build trust with both team members and suppliers
• Used to technical dialogs and quality requirements, preferably in industry
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented and willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas
• Experience of project management, preferably in an international environment
• Confident in managing supplier contacts and customer relations
• Senior competence with the attitude to both learn and deliver
• Previous experience from working with ink and printing is preferred
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
• Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
• Person with good communication skills
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to work in Sweden right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage ongoing projects and learn about stages and deliverables
• Work with suppliers and drive technical dialogue
• Ensure quality and food safety in collaboration
