About the role

Simplyture is a software company based in Copenhagen, Denmark, that is on the lookout for a new Technical Project Manager. At Simplyture, they are revolutionising the mobility and parking industry with cutting-edge technology. The company is currently present in five countries with over 35 employees and partners, and they are continuously expanding.

You will be part of a team of seven Technical Account Managers, Customer Supporters and Technicians who are running Simplyture Operations. Here you will be working on various types of projects, where you will have end-to-end responsibility of the project implementation and ongoing customer relationship. It’s essential that you thrive in collaborations with others, as you will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and building a strong customer relationship

Work tasks

• Collaborate and communicate with customers on a regular basis and act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation and ongoing technical support.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or features.
• Collaborate with the sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process and address technical issues, inquiries and troubleshooting requests promptly
• Provide end-to-end support, from initial sales support to ongoing customer support to building a strong relationship with customers.

We are looking for

• Someone with 3+ years of experience in SaaS and electronic products
• Someone experienced in Technical Project Management with prince II or similar certification
• Someone experienced in building and maintaining strong customer relationship
• Someone who is strong in communicating with people at all levels and backgrounds
• Someone with strong technical flair and has the capability to solve complex technical problems efficiently
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Finnish and/or Swedish
• Someone who is preferable living in Copenhagen or Greater Helsinki

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience in the camera surveillance industry
• Educational background with in Engineering or similar
