If so, we are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales growth within the R&D industry and organizations across Europe and the U.S.

What you'll do

You will be crucial to our business development efforts, driving sales strategy and building relationships within the R&D sector. Your role is key to helping us expand our global footprint and drive business development by identifying key partners in R&D, semiconductor, optics, and photonics sectors. Lead outreach efforts, negotiate partnerships, and present ATLANT 3D’s value proposition, and optimize strategies for growth, especially within Europe and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the European and U.S. markets, aligning with ATLANT 3D’s global objectives. Actively seek new sales and business opportunities, particularly in advanced materials, microelectronics, and emerging technology markets.
  • Lead cross-marketing initiatives to promote ATLANT 3D’s solutions at industry events, tradeshows, and customer workshops. Organize and execute customer education programs, including product demonstrations and webinars, to showcase ATLANT 3D’s technological capabilities.
  • Drive sales performance and revenue growth by preparing sales budgets, forecasting revenues, and ensure alignment with growth goals. Track and analyze sales performance, providing detailed reports and insights based on key sales metrics.
  • Initiate and manage B2B outreach campaigns, building relationships with key decision-makers in R&D labs, industrial sectors, and innovation hubs. Develop and manage partnerships with channel partners and distributors to expand ATLANT 3D’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, providing tailored solutions based on their needs. Scout for new market opportunities in advanced materials and emerging technologies.
  • Lead the qualification of sales opportunities, ensuring all necessary information is gathered to create tailored offers. Develop equipment quotations, pilot proposals, and close deals that meet ATLANT 3D’s sales targets. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for both parties.

    Who Are We Looking For

    We’re seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager with proven experience in high-tech sales and a passion for driving results in the R&D space. You will be a self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively.

    Main Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in high-tech equipment sales and services within the R&D industry, with a focus on Europe and the U.S.
    • Strong experience in creating and executing sales strategies and meeting aggressive targets.
    • Proven skills in customer relationship building and management.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and legal.
