The opportunity

We are now seeking a new sales specialist to join the team at TEMcompany. The company's technology and products are ready for the market, and the current team of more than 25 employees is searching for a dynamic technical sales and support specialist who can assist in driving success.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a technology-driven environment and who, as part of the sales team, will support and help our customers in the sales process and later with subsequent support and training.

You must be eager to join a dynamic scale-up company, learning as we fly and where change is constant. However, you must also demonstrate care and insight into sales processes and help build long-term customer relationships.  

  

We would like you to have:

  • Strong skills in networking and customer relations.
  • Either a background in natural sciences or engineering with sales experience or a sales-oriented education with flair for technology from a business school.
  • Open to travel for conferences, tradeshows, and adventures.
  • Be adaptable and able to work with many different people and nationalities.

 

We would like you to :

  • Be open to talking to people of different cultures.
  • Have an interest in being part of a small, dynamic sales team.
  • Be organized and able to work independently
  • Love to understand and talk passionately about advanced technology.
  • Understand new customers, their needs, and how best to help them.
  • Value other people's perspectives and are good at understanding different points of view.
  • Communicate and write in fluent and professional English.
  • Speak other languages is a plus, i.e., Spanish, French, or German, but this is not a requirement.

 

Your targets will be to:

  • Build sales for our existing products and newly developed products.
  • Continued improvement of our sales processes based on experience and feedback.
  • Be able to run sales meetings by knowing the key aspects of the instruments.
