Technical Support Specialist (Denmark)

Tasks

As part of this full-time, on-site role, you will be visiting various point of sales (shops and convenience stores) within Denmark, guided by a provided map. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct on-site visits to ensure that a crucial piece of equipment, known as a Hub, is properly plugged in and functioning. This equipment, placed beforehand by our technical staff, can typically be found behind, next to, or attached to ice-cream freezer cabinets.

This role is ideal for someone who can drive or has a very good understanding of public transport throughout the Denmark Area. Training will be provided well beforehand, and support will also be available during working hours.

Requirements

• Troubleshooting abilities
• Being able to work 7-8 hours per day
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Driving Licence will be a plus
• Knowledge of the Budapest Metropolitan Area
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
