On behalf of MAN Energy Solutions, MARPRO Group is looking for a Technical Training Developer for the PrimeServ Academy in Copenhagen. You will report to the Head of the Academy Denmark.
In 2027, MAN Energy Solutions will move to Trekoner, Roskilde. Here they will consolidate their offices from Holeby and Copenhagen into one large site.
The job
As a Technical Training Developer at PrimeServ Academies, your main responsibility will be to develop and update training courses mainly focused on two-stroke engines and dual-fuel technologies. You will collaborate with leading engineers, Research and Development specialists, and digital developers to create high-end simulations and professional learning content. Your role will include both internal collaboration and international travel opportunities, including trips to Korea to work closely with shipbuilders. You will also build and strengthen your professional network, interacting with specialists from different fields.
Professional qualifications
- Relevant education e.g. Marine Engineer or Dual Officer
- Sailing experience
- Experience with two-stroke engines
- Ability to travel
