Global Startup Awards (GSA), a leading advocate for tech innovation, is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy intern to join our team. As we kickstart the development of our new IT Competition System, we need a driven, data-focused individual ready to dive into a variety of technical challenges and collaborate closely with our TechLead and Product Owner, Luiza. You will also get to collaborate with Xinyu, who assists Luiza in managing tech-related tasks. Together, you'll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of GSA’s technology.

As a participant in this program, you’ll immerse yourself in the technological and operational challenges of running an international competition platform.
Assist in the development and optimization of our IT Competition System.
Manage and enhance our CRM system, primarily HubSpot, ensuring efficient workflow and automation that support our marketing and operational efforts.
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to evaluate and implement software solutions that streamline operations and enhance data collection.
Participate in conducting workshops, assisting with the design and execution of sessions that foster innovation and operational excellence.
Support the management of Edition 11 of our competition, which includes managing nominations, engaging with global startups, and ensuring the quality of entries.
Working with the competition team involves a lot of data-related tasks, so it's a huge plus if you can deal with large datasets.
Take on additional tasks, supporting other team members as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
A strong eagerness to learn and a tech-savvy mindset.
Experience with Agile Development and methodologies.
Experience with or a strong interest in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, is highly desirable.
Ability to come up with creative ideas for workflow automation and system improvements.
Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English; Bulgarian language skills are a plus.
