The Test Manager is responsible for managing internal testing responsibilities, collaborating with the external Test Manager to ensure quality assurance activities for the production layer. This role involves ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and document an overview of all test systems, including network test systems, OCH, OTT partners, etc.
Responsible for the internal test plan; participates in test planning for all products handled in the production layer.
Consider test cases in the Test Book, as per Annex 8.
Provide input to the migration strategy from a testing perspective.
Is technically responsible for coordinating internal testing, including collaboration with the network team.
Act as the counterpart to the external Test Manager.
Participates in presentations, demos, proofs of concept (POCs), etc.
Education and Experience:
- A master's or bachelor's degree, or an equivalent education, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, instead of the formal education and experience requirements, the consultant must have at least 5 years of full-time professional experience in one or more of the service areas.
- Has good experience in working with individuals, groups and organisations.
- Has solid understanding of recognized and relevant generic industry and specialist standards.
- Quickly acquires new information, evaluates it critically and applies it effectively.

Experience with Netcompany's development model and the State's IT project model is a clear advantage.

- The Test Manager must have experience with testing and test management of complex public IT projects with high criticality.
- The Test Manager must be able to independently plan and manage test activities, including a test team consisting of both users and business specialists.
