Test Manager

Are you a skilled Test Manager looking for a new adventure? We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project within the Pharma industry. Your main will be to support the implementation of an ERP solution for Local Manufacturing and Affiliate in Iran with go live in April 2025.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Experience from the pharma industry, preferred
• Excellent Test management experience
• ERP implementation experience
• GxP experience
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
• Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
• Person with good communication skills
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for test preparation, test execution and test reporting to ensure the organization’s deliverables have the correct quality and that the integrity of the live environment is protected
• Responsible for ensuring a uniform Test and QA approach in accordance with our client's best practices and local needs.
• Support the local test manager how to perform a best practice testing.
• Setup fit for purpose structure and process were needed deviation from our client's best practices. This in close collaboration with Compliance lead and QA’s
