Test Manager

We are looking for a Test Manager for our client within finance.

 

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Test lead experience
• Knowledge of test tools and functions in Azure DevOps
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in managing and drive the defined test strategies for the program
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
• Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
• Must have knowledge and experience with pension in Denmark and the financial sector
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start working right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Able to start in April

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Manages all test processes, including test plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables and traceability
• Manages client relationships with respect to testing matters
• Identifies process improvements, and contributes to corporate testing standards and definition of best practice and defined models in the program
